In this Policy, “Coinsfly”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aurex Financial Technologies Inc. operating as Coinsfly. “User”, “Client”, “Merchant”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual, business, merchant, merchant customer, account holder, applicant, or other person using or attempting to use Coinsfly services.
By accessing or using Coinsfly, creating an account, submitting an order, buying crypto, making a payment, using the merchant gateway, requesting a withdrawal, adding a wallet, or confirming any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Purpose of this Policy
This Policy explains when a transaction may be cancelled, when a refund may be considered, when refunds are not available, and how Coinsfly handles failed, rejected, cancelled, disputed, or compliance-restricted transactions.
Coinsfly services involve digital assets, fiat payment providers, banks, acquirers, liquidity providers, blockchain networks, wallet screening, compliance checks, and third-party processing systems. Because of this, many transactions may become final, irreversible, delayed, or impossible to refund after certain steps have occurred.
The purpose of this Policy is to give users clear rules before they submit a transaction.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to:
- Buy Crypto by card;
- Buy Crypto by wire transfer;
- Fiat-to-crypto conversion;
- Merchant gateway payments;

- Risk Disclosure;
- Our Fees page;
- Merchant Terms, where applicable;
- Any transaction-specific notice shown before confirmation.
3. Core Principle: Crypto Transactions Are Usually Final
Digital asset transactions are different from ordinary card or bank payments.
Once a crypto transaction is executed, allocated, sent, broadcast to a blockchain, confirmed on-chain, credited to a merchant wallet, or otherwise completed, it is generally final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, recalled, or refunded by Coinsfly.
This includes, without limitation:
- Crypto sent to an external wallet;
- Crypto sent to a merchant wallet;
- Crypto purchased and credited to your Coinsfly account;
- Crypto withdrawn to an approved whitelisted wallet;
- Crypto transactions broadcast to the Bitcoin or Ethereum network;
- Crypto transactions confirmed on-chain;
- Fiat-to-crypto conversions already executed through a liquidity provider;
- Orders where crypto has already been delivered or allocated.
Coinsfly will not refund losses caused by market movement, blockchain finality, user error, unsupported wallets, incorrect addresses, wrong networks, expired quotes, third-party delays, or confirmed transactions unless required by applicable law or caused by a proven Coinsfly error.
4. No General Right to Cancel After Execution Begins
You may not cancel an order once execution has started.
Execution may be considered to have started when any of the following occurs:
- You confirm the order;
- Coinsfly generates payment instructions;
- You submit card payment details;
- The acquirer approves or authorizes the card transaction;
- Coinsfly or a provider receives fiat funds;
- Coinsfly submits the order to a liquidity provider;
- A quote is accepted or locked for execution;
- Fiat is converted to crypto;
- Crypto is allocated to your account;
- Crypto is sent to a merchant wallet;
- Crypto is queued for withdrawal;
- Crypto withdrawal is approved by OTP;
- A blockchain transaction is broadcast;
- A provider begins processing your transaction.
Coinsfly may still cancel or reject an order after execution has started if required for compliance, fraud prevention, sanctions, provider restrictions, technical error, legal obligations, or operational risk.
5. When Cancellation May Be Possible
A cancellation may be possible only if the transaction has not been executed, processed, submitted to a provider, converted, credited, allocated, queued for blockchain withdrawal, or otherwise completed.
Coinsfly may allow cancellation in the following cases:
- You started an order but did not confirm it;
- The order expired before payment was made;
- A card payment was not authorized;
- A wire order was created but no funds were received;
- Payment instructions were generated but no payment was sent;
- A merchant gateway order was created but not confirmed;
- OTP verification was not completed;
- The transaction was rejected before funds moved;
- Coinsfly determines that cancellation is operationally possible.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Coinsfly will confirm whether a transaction can be cancelled based on the actual processing stage.
6. Refunds Only Where Funds Remain Under Control
A refund may be considered only where the relevant funds remain under Coinsfly’s control or under the control of a provider that is able and legally permitted to return them.
A refund may not be available if:
- Crypto has already been delivered;
- Crypto has already been sent to a merchant wallet;
- Crypto has already been withdrawn;
- A blockchain transaction has been broadcast;
- Fiat has already been converted to crypto;
- Funds have been transferred to a liquidity provider and executed;
- Funds are frozen by a bank, acquirer, provider, regulator, court, or authority;
- Funds are subject to AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, or law-enforcement restrictions;
- Refund would violate applicable law;
- Refund would expose Coinsfly to unacceptable compliance or financial risk.
Coinsfly has sole discretion to determine whether funds remain under sufficient control to process a refund, subject to applicable law.
7. Buy Crypto by Card — Refund and Cancellation Rules
Coinsfly may allow users to buy crypto using supported card payment methods, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported card flows.
7.1 Before Card Payment Is Submitted

No refund is required if no payment was made.
7.2 Card Payment Declined
If your card payment is declined by the issuer, acquirer, payment processor, fraud system, or Coinsfly, the order will not proceed.
Coinsfly is not responsible for temporary authorizations, pending holds, or release timelines applied by your card issuer or payment provider.
7.3 Card Payment Authorized but Crypto Not Yet Delivered
If card payment is authorized but crypto has not yet been delivered, Coinsfly may cancel or refund the transaction if operationally possible and legally permitted.
Coinsfly may deduct:
- Card processing fees;
- Acquirer fees;
- Provider fees;
- FX costs;
- Compliance costs;
- Administrative costs;
- Any other third-party charges.
7.4 Card Payment Completed and Crypto Delivered
Once card payment is completed and crypto is credited, allocated, sent, or otherwise delivered, the transaction is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or caused by proven Coinsfly error.
7.5 Cardholder Name Matching

- Return funds to the original card where possible;
- Request additional documents;

Coinsfly may deduct:
- Bank fees;
- Wire fees;
- Correspondent bank fees;
- Provider fees;
- FX costs;
- Compliance costs;
- Administrative costs;
- Any other charges incurred.
8.3 Funds Converted to Crypto
Once the fiat funds are converted into crypto, the transaction is final and generally non-refundable.
Any later return, cancellation, or adjustment will be at Coinsfly’s discretion and subject to market movement, liquidity provider rules, provider ability, legal restrictions, compliance review, and applicable fees.
8.4 Wrong Reference, Wrong Amount, or Wrong Currency
If you send a wire payment with an incorrect reference, wrong amount, wrong currency, missing details, or other incorrect information, the transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or refunded.
Coinsfly is not responsible for losses, delay, exchange rate changes, bank fees, or provider charges caused by incorrect payment instructions.
8.5 Third-Party Wire Payments
Unless expressly approved by Coinsfly, the sender of wire funds must match the verified Coinsfly account holder or approved business account holder.
Third-party wire payments may be rejected, held, returned, or reported where required.
Any refund will normally be sent back to the original source account, subject to compliance review and provider ability.
8.6 Late Wire Payments
If funds arrive after an order expires, Coinsfly may:
- Recalculate the quote;
- Ask you to confirm a new quote;
- Process the transaction at a new rate;
- Refund the funds where possible;
- Hold the funds pending compliance review;
- Request additional information.
Coinsfly is not responsible for rate differences caused by late arrival of funds.
9. Fiat Payments Are Not Standalone Deposits
Unless Coinsfly expressly states otherwise, fiat payments sent to Coinsfly or its providers are used only for Buy Crypto or merchant gateway crypto purchase flows.
Coinsfly does not provide general-purpose fiat deposit accounts, bank accounts, savings accounts, or fiat custody services.
If you send fiat without a valid order, without payment instructions, or for an unsupported purpose, Coinsfly may reject or refund the payment where possible, subject to deductions, compliance review, and provider restrictions.
10. Multi-Currency Account and vIBAN/Account Options
Coinsfly may provide eligible users with access to multi-currency account, vIBAN, or deposit options through banking or payment partners.
These options are used to support crypto purchase flows.
They are not general banking services.
Coinsfly may cancel, suspend, restrict, or close any account option where:
- The user reaches account limits;
- Updated Source of Funds is required;
- Provider rules change;
- The account is misused;
- Third-party payments are received;
- Compliance review is required;
- Suspicious activity is detected;
- Legal or regulatory requirements apply;
- Provider access becomes unavailable.
Payments received through such account options may be refunded, rejected, held, or processed according to this Policy, applicable law, provider rules, and Coinsfly compliance review.
11. Crypto Withdrawals — Refund and Cancellation Rules
Coinsfly may allow users to withdraw available crypto balance to approved whitelisted wallets only.
11.1 Before Withdrawal Confirmation
You may cancel or change a withdrawal before final confirmation and OTP approval.
11.2 After OTP Confirmation
Once you confirm a withdrawal using required Email OTP and SMS OTP, the withdrawal may enter compliance review, AML review, queue, processing, or broadcast stages.
At this point, cancellation is not guaranteed.
11.3 Before Broadcast
If a withdrawal has not yet been broadcast to the blockchain, Coinsfly may cancel it if operationally possible and legally permitted.
11.4 After Broadcast
Once a withdrawal has been broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot usually be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- The wallet is correct;
- The network is correct;
- The wallet is approved and whitelisted;
- The destination wallet can receive the selected asset;
- The amount is correct;
- You understand the applicable network fee.
11.5 Network Fees
Network fees are non-refundable once a withdrawal is submitted, broadcast, or attempted, except where required by law or caused by proven Coinsfly error.
12. Whitelisted Wallet Errors
Coinsfly requires users to withdraw only to approved whitelisted wallets.
However, wallet whitelisting does not guarantee that a wallet is safe, controlled by you, compatible, active, or able to receive funds.
Coinsfly is not responsible if:
- You whitelist the wrong wallet;
- You submit a wallet that you do not control;
- You submit a wallet controlled by a scammer;
- You choose the wrong network;
- Your external wallet provider blocks or freezes funds;
- Your external wallet is compromised;
- You lose access to the external wallet;
- You misunderstand asset/network compatibility.
If a wallet address passes screening but later becomes high risk or restricted, Coinsfly may disable the wallet and reject future withdrawals.

A customer may use the gateway to:
- Pay from Coinsfly crypto balance;
- Purchase crypto by card;

If the customer confirms payment to the merchant wallet, Coinsfly may require Email OTP and SMS OTP.
13.2 Crypto Sent to Merchant Wallet
Once crypto is sent, credited, allocated, or broadcast to the merchant wallet, the transaction is generally final and non-refundable by Coinsfly.
