These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents, policies, schedules, notices, disclosures, or terms incorporated by reference, form a legally binding agreement between you and Aurex Financial Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, Incorporation No. BC1535602, operating under the trading name Coinsfly.
Aurex Financial Technologies Inc. is registered as a Money Services Business, MSB, with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, FINTRAC, under registration number C100000967.

In these Terms, “Coinsfly”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Aurex Financial Technologies Inc. operating as Coinsfly. “User”, “Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person or entity accessing or using Coinsfly services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, using the platform, submitting information, using a merchant gateway, purchasing crypto, requesting a withdrawal, adding a wallet, or otherwise using any Coinsfly service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Coinsfly.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- The Coinsfly website;
- The Coinsfly client dashboard;
- The Coinsfly merchant dashboard;
- The Coinsfly merchant gateway;
- Account registration and login;
- Verification and compliance flows;
- Buy Crypto services;
- Card payment flows;
- Wire payment flows;
- Multi-currency account and deposit options where available;
- External wallet whitelisting;
- Crypto withdrawals to approved external wallets;
- Merchant crypto payment services;
- Transaction tracking;
- Compliance document uploads;
- Customer support;
- Any other related services made available by Coinsfly.
Certain services may be available only to verified users, approved businesses, approved merchants, supported jurisdictions, supported payment methods, supported assets, or users who satisfy compliance requirements.
Coinsfly may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify any feature, asset, service, jurisdiction, payment method, or provider at any time, subject to applicable law.
2. Important Regulatory Notice
Coinsfly is registered with FINTRAC as an MSB. FINTRAC MSB registration does not constitute approval, endorsement, investment authorization, securities registration, deposit insurance, or a guarantee by FINTRAC or any Canadian authority.
Coinsfly is not a bank, trust company, deposit-taking institution, securities dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker, or fiduciary adviser unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and supported by applicable authorization.
Coinsfly does not provide:
- Investment advice;
- Financial advice;
- Legal advice;
- Tax advice;
- Portfolio management;
- Asset recommendations;
- Trading strategy advice;
- Securities offerings;
- Deposit-taking services;
- Banking services;
- Interest-bearing accounts.
Any information displayed on the website or platform is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be treated as advice or recommendation.
Digital assets are volatile and involve risk, including the risk of total capital loss. You should use Coinsfly only if you understand these risks and can afford the potential loss.
3. Incorporated Policies
The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference:
- Privacy Policy;
- AML/KYC and Compliance Policy;
- Risk Disclosure;
- Our Fees page;
- Complaints Procedure;
- Refund and Cancellation Policy;
- Law Enforcement Requests Policy;
- Merchant Terms, if applicable;
- Any order confirmation, transaction disclosure, account notice, or product-specific terms displayed to you.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that specific service, unless stated otherwise.
4. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms when you:
- Visit or use the Coinsfly website;
- Create an account;
- Click “Sign Up”, “Create Account”, “Continue”, “Confirm”, “Buy”, “Withdraw”, “Submit”, or similar buttons;
- Complete verification;
- Use any Coinsfly dashboard;
- Use a merchant gateway;
- Submit documents;
- Add a wallet;
- Request a transaction;
- Continue using Coinsfly after updates to these Terms.
You confirm that you have authority and legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use Coinsfly on behalf of a company, merchant, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
5. Definitions
For these Terms, the following definitions apply.
Account
A user account registered on Coinsfly.
Account Limit
A transaction or activity limit applied to a user or business by Coinsfly, including limits based on verification level, compliance review, source of funds, source of wealth, jurisdiction, provider rules, risk profile, or internal policy.
AML/CTF
Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing controls, including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, wallet screening, source of funds review, and suspicious activity reporting.
Applicable Law
All laws, regulations, rules, regulatory guidance, sanctions requirements, court orders, and legal obligations applicable to Coinsfly or to your use of Coinsfly.
Business Account
An account opened by or for a legal entity, company, partnership, organization, or other non-individual client.
Card Payment
A payment made using a supported credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other card-related payment method made available by Coinsfly or its acquirer.
Crypto Asset / Digital Asset
A digital representation of value supported by Coinsfly, such as BTC, ETH, or USDC.
External Wallet
A digital asset wallet outside Coinsfly that is owned or controlled by you or another permitted recipient.
Fiat Currency
Government-issued currency, including supported currencies such as EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, and CAD.
KYC
Know Your Customer procedures for identifying and verifying an individual.
KYB
Know Your Business procedures for verifying a business, its ownership, directors, representatives, beneficial owners, and business activity.
Merchant
A business account approved by Coinsfly to use merchant gateway services.
Merchant Gateway
A Coinsfly-hosted payment flow that allows merchant clients to pay or purchase crypto through a unique merchant gateway link.
MSB
Money Services Business.
Network Fee
A blockchain transaction fee, gas fee, miner fee, validator fee, or network-related cost required to process a blockchain transaction.
PEP
Politically Exposed Person, including categories recognized under applicable Canadian AML/CTF requirements and Coinsfly’s internal policy.
Platform
The Coinsfly website, dashboard, merchant dashboard, merchant gateway, admin-controlled services, APIs where applicable, and related online services.
Supported Asset
A fiat currency or crypto asset made available by Coinsfly from time to time.
Transaction
Any purchase, withdrawal, merchant payment, order, wallet action, account issuance request, compliance request, or related activity processed through Coinsfly.
Whitelisted Wallet
An external crypto wallet address submitted by you, screened by Coinsfly or its service providers, and approved for withdrawals.
6. Eligibility
You may use Coinsfly only if you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
6.1 Individual Users
To use Coinsfly as an individual, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- Have full legal capacity;
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Complete required verification;
- Use the account only for yourself;
- Not be prohibited by sanctions, law, or Coinsfly policy;
- Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction;
- Not use false, misleading, stolen, or third-party information.
6.2 Business Users
To use Coinsfly as a business, the business must:
- Be validly formed and existing;
- Have authority to enter into these Terms;
- Provide complete business information;
- Provide required corporate documents;
- Identify directors, representatives, shareholders, beneficial owners, and controllers;
- Complete KYB and compliance checks;
- Use the account only for lawful business purposes;
- Not operate in prohibited or restricted activities;
- Be approved by Coinsfly Compliance.
6.3 Merchant Users
To use merchant gateway services, a business must:
- Have an approved business account;
- Complete KYB;
- Receive merchant approval from Coinsfly;
- Be activated as a merchant in the Coinsfly system;
- Comply with merchant obligations;
- Comply with all refund, dispute, chargeback, recall, customer service, and prohibited activity requirements.
Coinsfly may refuse merchant access at its discretion.
7. Restricted Jurisdictions and Access Restrictions
Coinsfly may restrict, block, or refuse access based on:
- Country of residence;
- Country of nationality;
- IP location;
- Device location;
- Sanctions exposure;
- Payment provider rules;
- Acquirer rules;
- Banking partner rules;
- Liquidity provider rules;
- Regulatory requirements;
- Internal risk policy.
Coinsfly does not market to or serve clients from the United Kingdom. This website and its content are intended for persons outside the United Kingdom.
Coinsfly does not solicit clients in the European Union. EU clients may access and request services only on their own initiative, where permitted by applicable law and Coinsfly policy.
You must not use VPNs, proxies, TOR, remote access tools, false location information, or other methods to hide or misrepresent your location, nationality, residence, identity, or eligibility.
8. Account Registration
To create an account, you must provide required information, including:
- Email address;
- Password;
- Phone number;
- Personal details;
- Declarations;
- Acceptance of Terms;
- Any additional information requested by Coinsfly.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
You must update your information promptly if it changes.
Coinsfly may reject, suspend, or close your account if information is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, misleading, or unverifiable.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must:
- Use a strong password;
- Keep your password confidential;
- Protect your email account;
- Protect your phone number;
- Not share OTP codes;
- Not allow any third party to access your account;
- Notify Coinsfly immediately of suspicious activity;
- Log out from shared devices;
- Keep your device secure.
Coinsfly is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your email, phone, device, password, OTP codes, wallet address, or account credentials.
Coinsfly will never ask for:
- Your private wallet keys;
- Your seed phrase;
- Your full card number by email or chat;
- Your password;
- Remote access to your device.
10. Email and SMS Verification
Coinsfly may require email OTP, SMS OTP, or other security verification for:
- Registration;
- Login;
- Password reset;
- Withdrawal requests;
- Merchant payments;
- Wallet-related actions;
- Suspicious activity checks;
- Account recovery;
- Any sensitive action determined by Coinsfly.
You must ensure your email and phone number are active and controlled by you.
If you do not receive an OTP, Coinsfly support may assist you, but Coinsfly may refuse to proceed with any action if we cannot authenticate you securely.
11. Verification, KYC, KYB, and Compliance Review
Coinsfly requires verification before providing services.
Verification may include:
- Identity verification;
- Liveness check;
- Document verification;
- Proof of address;
- Source of funds;
- Source of wealth;
- Business verification;
- Beneficial ownership verification;
- Sanctions screening;
- PEP screening;
- Adverse media screening;
- Wallet screening;
- Transaction monitoring;
- Ongoing due diligence.
Coinsfly may use third-party providers, including Sumsub or other providers, to perform verification and compliance checks.
You agree to provide all information and documents requested by Coinsfly or its providers.
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
- Refusal of onboarding;
- Account restriction;
- Account suspension;
- Transaction delay;
- Transaction rejection;
- Withdrawal restriction;
- Account closure;
- Reporting to authorities where required.
12. Politically Exposed Persons
You must disclose whether you are a PEP, Head of International Organization, family member, or close associate of such person where required.
Coinsfly’s current policy is that if you are identified as PEP = Yes, Coinsfly will not be able to offer services.
If PEP status is identified after onboarding, Coinsfly may:
- Suspend services;
- Request additional information;
- Close the account;
- Refuse transactions;
- Take any action required by law or internal policy.
13. Account Limits and Source of Funds
Coinsfly may apply account limits based on:
- Verification level;
- Source of funds;
- Source of wealth;
- Compliance review;
- User profile;
- Merchant activity;
- Risk assessment;
- Payment method;
- Provider rules;
- Transaction history;
- Jurisdiction;
- Internal policy.
Coinsfly Compliance may assign a maximum total amount that the user may transact based on Source of Funds documents and compliance review.
If you reach your approved account limit, Coinsfly may restrict you from:
- Buying crypto;
- Using an existing vIBAN or account option;
- Generating a new account option;
- Completing merchant gateway activity;
- Withdrawing or transferring assets;
- Initiating further transactions.
You may be asked to upload updated Source of Funds, Proof of Address, Proof of Identity, or other documents.
Once the documents are reviewed and approved, Coinsfly Compliance may increase, maintain, reduce, or remove limits at its discretion.
14. Manage Docs
Coinsfly may provide a Manage Docs section where users can upload documents requested by Compliance.
Documents may include:
- Proof of Identity;
- Proof of Address;
- Source of Funds;
- Source of Wealth;
- Bank statements;
- Payslips;
- Tax documents;
- Business registration documents;
- Ownership documents;
- Merchant documents;
- Other documents requested by Coinsfly.
Uploaded documents may receive statuses such as:
- Pending;
- In Review;
- Approved;
- Declined;
- Expired;
- More Information Required.
Coinsfly may refuse services if documents are unclear, incomplete, expired, altered, inconsistent, forged, suspicious, or insufficient.
15. Services Provided by Coinsfly
Subject to eligibility, verification, provider availability, supported jurisdictions, and compliance approval, Coinsfly may provide:
- Buy Crypto services using card;
- Buy Crypto services using wire;
- Crypto balance display;
- Crypto withdrawal to approved whitelisted wallets;
- Multi-currency account and deposit options where available;
- Merchant gateway services;
- Transaction history;
- Document management;
- Compliance and support tools;
- Other services introduced from time to time.
Coinsfly does not guarantee that any service will always be available.
16. Supported Assets and Networks
Coinsfly supports only assets and networks made available on the platform.
Supported crypto assets may include:
- BTC on Bitcoin network;
- ETH on Ethereum network;
- USDC on Ethereum / ERC-20.
Supported fiat currencies may include:
- EUR;
- USD;
- GBP;
- AUD;
- CAD.
Coinsfly may add, remove, disable, restrict, or suspend any asset, network, currency, or payment rail at any time.
You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, currency, and network.
Coinsfly is not responsible for losses caused by selecting an unsupported asset, wrong network, incorrect wallet address, unsupported transfer, or incompatible blockchain transaction.
17. Quotes, Rates, and Execution
Coinsfly may display quotes, estimated rates, final rates, and estimated receive amounts.
Quotes may be based on:
- Liquidity provider rates;
- Market data;
- Provider availability;
- Payment method;
- Asset pair;
- Transaction size;
- Network costs;
- Coinsfly margin or spread;
- Applicable fees;
- Timing and execution conditions.
Quotes may change due to market volatility, liquidity, provider execution, delays, blockchain conditions, or payment timing.
A quote is not final unless expressly confirmed by Coinsfly.
Coinsfly may reject, expire, refresh, or recalculate a quote at any time before final execution.
By confirming a transaction, you accept the applicable rate, amount, costs, fees, network fees, provider costs, and execution terms displayed or incorporated into the transaction.
18. Fees, Spreads, Margins, and Costs
Coinsfly may charge fees, spreads, margins, network fees, service fees, provider fees, merchant fees, or other charges.
Fees may be:
- Displayed separately;
- Included in the quote;
- Included in the exchange rate;
- Deducted from the amount paid;
- Deducted from the amount received;
- Charged by a third-party provider.
Unless stated otherwise, displayed quotes may include Coinsfly’s margin or spread.
Third-party providers, banks, acquirers, payment processors, blockchain networks, or wallet providers may charge additional fees outside Coinsfly’s control.
By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees and costs.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Coinsfly.
19. Buy Crypto by Card
Coinsfly may allow eligible users to buy supported crypto assets by card.
Card payment options may include:
- Credit card;
- Debit card;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- Other supported card payment methods.
Cardholder name must match the Coinsfly account holder name.
Third-party card payments are prohibited.
Coinsfly or its acquirer may reject card payments if:
- The cardholder name does not match;
- The payment is declined;
- The transaction is suspicious;
- The payment exceeds limits;
- The acquirer rejects the transaction;
- The card issuer rejects the transaction;
- The user fails verification;
- Compliance review is required.
Crypto may be credited after payment approval, provider confirmation, compliance approval, or settlement confirmation, depending on the transaction and provider rules.
Coinsfly may apply withdrawal restrictions, holding periods, or risk controls to card-purchased crypto.
20. Buy Crypto by Wire
Coinsfly may allow eligible users to buy crypto using wire transfer or supported bank transfer methods.
Wire flows may include:
- vIBAN/account options under the client’s name where available;
- Account options under Coinsfly or provider name where applicable;
- Local rails;
- SWIFT;
- SEPA;
- Open banking;
- Provider-specific payment instructions;
- Payment order by email or dashboard;
- Other supported transfer methods.
Available options may depend on:
- Currency;
- Amount;
- User age;
- Nationality;
- Residence;
- Jurisdiction;
- Verification level;
- Account limits;
- Provider availability;
- Payment rail;
- Compliance status.
For wire purchases, the displayed quote may be indicative until funds are received and processed.
Coinsfly may calculate the final quote when funds arrive or when the transaction is executed.
You must follow the exact payment instructions, including:
- Beneficiary details;
- Account details;
- Reference code;
- Currency;
- Amount;
- Payment deadline;
- Sender account requirements.
Failure to follow instructions may cause delay, rejection, refund, additional fees, or compliance review.
Coinsfly may reject third-party wire payments. The sender must be the verified account holder or approved business account holder unless Coinsfly expressly permits otherwise.
21. Multi-Currency Account and Deposit Options
Coinsfly may provide eligible users with access to multi-currency account, vIBAN, account, or deposit options through banking or payment partners.
These options may be used to support crypto purchase flows.
They do not mean that Coinsfly is a bank.
They do not create a general-purpose bank account.
They do not create an interest-bearing account.
They do not create CDIC-insured deposits.
They may be issued, maintained, controlled, or serviced by third-party banking or payment providers.
Coinsfly may approve, reject, suspend, cancel, or limit any account option at any time.
You may use issued account options only for permitted Coinsfly-related activity.
Coinsfly may refuse or return payments that are:
- From third parties;
- From unsupported jurisdictions;
- Above limits;
- In the wrong currency;
- Without required reference;
- Suspicious;
- Inconsistent with your profile;
- Prohibited by provider rules;
- Subject to legal or compliance restrictions.
Coinsfly may provide an Account Confirmation Letter for issued account options. The letter is for informational and payment-routing purposes only and does not create any banking, credit, deposit, or investment relationship.
22. Crypto Balance and Custodial Wallet Model
Coinsfly may display crypto balances in your account.
Where Coinsfly holds or controls crypto infrastructure, Coinsfly may use an internal ledger and custodial wallet structure.
Coinsfly may control private keys for platform wallets. You do not receive private keys for Coinsfly-controlled wallets.
Your balance represents Coinsfly’s record of crypto assets allocated to your account, subject to these Terms, compliance restrictions, transaction processing, blockchain confirmation, reconciliation, technical controls, and applicable law.
Coinsfly may use:
- Treasury wallets;
- Operational wallets;
- Gas wallets;
- Liquidity provider wallets;
- Internal ledger accounts;
- Transaction queues;
- Security controls;
- Compliance controls.
Coinsfly may move crypto between internal wallets, treasury wallets, liquidity wallets, or other operational wallets for security, liquidity, settlement, consolidation, or operational purposes, provided your account balance is updated according to Coinsfly’s ledger.
23. Wallet Whitelisting
To withdraw crypto, you must add and approve an external wallet.
The wallet whitelisting process may require you to:
- Select crypto asset;
- Select network;
- Enter wallet address;
- Confirm ownership or control;
- Accept wallet responsibility;
- Complete AML wallet screening;
- Wait for approval.
Whitelisted wallet statuses may include:
- Pending;
- In Review;
- Approved;
- Rejected;
- Disabled;
- Removed.
Only approved whitelisted wallets may be used for withdrawals.
Coinsfly may reject, disable, remove, or suspend a wallet if:
- AML risk is too high;
- The wallet is linked to illicit activity;
- The wallet is linked to sanctions;
- The wallet is linked to fraud;
- The wallet is linked to mixers, tumblers, darknet markets, stolen funds, ransomware, scams, or other prohibited activity;
- The wallet does not match supported asset/network requirements;
- Compliance cannot approve it.
Coinsfly may require additional confirmation or waiting periods for new or changed wallet addresses.
24. Crypto Withdrawals
Coinsfly may allow users to withdraw available crypto balances to approved whitelisted wallets.
To request a withdrawal, you must:
- Select crypto asset;
- Select network;
- Select approved whitelisted wallet;
- Enter amount;
- Review details;
- Review network fee;
- Confirm using Email OTP and SMS OTP;
- Submit withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may be subject to:
- Available balance;
- Network fee;
- Account limits;
- Compliance review;
- AML screening;
- Transaction queue;
- Wallet availability;
- Network congestion;
- Blockchain confirmations;
- Security controls;
- Manual approval;
- Provider availability;
- Maintenance or downtime.
A withdrawal request is not complete when submitted. It may enter queue, review, processing, broadcasting, or completion stages.
Possible withdrawal statuses include:
- Pending;
- In Review;
- Processing;
- Completed;
- Rejected;
- Blocked;
- Refunded;
- Cancelled.
Once a blockchain transaction is broadcast, it may be irreversible.
Coinsfly is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect wallet address;
- Wrong network;
- Unsupported wallet;
- Wallet controlled by another person;
- Blockchain congestion;
- Network failure;
- Wallet compromise;
- User error;
- External wallet restrictions;
- Chain reorganization;
- Smart contract or token issues.
25. Merchant Gateway Services
Coinsfly may provide approved merchants with a unique merchant gateway link.
The merchant gateway may allow customers to:
- Log in;
- Sign up;
- Complete verification where required;
- Select crypto asset;
- Select network;
- Select amount;
- Use Coinsfly crypto balance;
- Purchase crypto by card;
- Purchase crypto by wire;
- Send crypto to merchant wallet;
- Credit crypto to their own Coinsfly account where available;
- Track payment status.
By using a merchant gateway, the customer authorizes Coinsfly to process the payment according to the selected route.
Before execution, the customer must review:
- Merchant name;
- Order amount;
- Crypto asset;
- Network;
- Destination wallet;
- Payment method;
- Quote;
- Fees or embedded costs;
- Transaction status;
- Applicable disclaimers.
If the customer chooses to send crypto to a merchant wallet, Coinsfly may require Email OTP and SMS OTP.
Coinsfly is not a party to the underlying goods or services transaction between the merchant and customer.
Coinsfly does not guarantee merchant performance, delivery, refund, product quality, legality, or customer satisfaction.
26. Merchant Obligations
Merchants must:
- Provide accurate business information;
- Complete KYB;
- Maintain accurate gateway details;
- Use the gateway only for approved business activity;
- Deliver goods or services as promised;
- Maintain customer support;
- Handle customer disputes fairly;
- Comply with all applicable laws;
- Not misrepresent Coinsfly;
- Not use Coinsfly for prohibited activity;
- Monitor chargebacks, recalls, cancellations, and disputes;
- Provide documents requested by Coinsfly;
- Cooperate with compliance reviews.
Coinsfly may monitor merchant activity and may suspend, revoke, or terminate merchant access if the merchant creates unacceptable risk.
Coinsfly may revoke or disable a merchant link due to:
- Excessive disputes;
- Excessive recalls;
- Excessive chargebacks;
- Fraud indicators;
- Compliance concerns;
- Customer complaints;
- Prohibited activity;
- Provider restrictions;
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
27. Merchant Disputes, Recalls, and Chargebacks
Merchant activity may be subject to recalls, payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, or compliance reviews.
Coinsfly may:
- Freeze merchant funds;
- Restrict merchant withdrawals;
- Suspend merchant gateway access;
- Require reserves;
- Deduct amounts owed;
- Apply penalties where contractually agreed;
- Request supporting evidence;
- Block the merchant account;
- Close the merchant account;
- Report suspicious activity where required.
The merchant is responsible for any losses, costs, penalties, chargebacks, recalls, refunds, network fees, provider fees, legal costs, or operational costs arising from merchant activity, unless caused by Coinsfly’s proven error.
28. Transaction Statuses
Transactions may have statuses including:
- Pending;
- In Review;
- Processing;
- Pre-Credited;
- Completed;
- Rejected;
- Blocked;
- Refunded;
- Cancelled;
- Dispute.
Status descriptions are for user convenience and may not reflect all internal processing, provider status, compliance status, blockchain status, or ledger status.
Coinsfly may update transaction status based on:
- Payment confirmation;
- Provider response;
- Compliance review;
- Blockchain confirmation;
- Liquidity execution;
- Manual review;
- Fraud review;
- Operational queue;
- Error correction;
- Reconciliation.
29. Finality, Cancellation, Reversals, and Refunds
By confirming a transaction, you authorize Coinsfly to process it.
Crypto transactions are often irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain.
Orders may not be cancellable after execution begins.

- Law or sanctions require it;
- There is a technical or pricing error;
- Coinsfly determines the transaction creates unacceptable risk.
Refunds, where available, may be reduced by:
- Network fees;
- Provider fees;
- Bank fees;
- Acquirer fees;
- Chargeback costs;
- Exchange rate differences;
- Administrative costs;
- Any amount legally owed to Coinsfly.
Coinsfly is not required to refund completed crypto transactions unless required by law or caused by proven Coinsfly error.
30. Third-Party Providers
Coinsfly may use third-party providers, including:
- KYC/KYB providers;
- AML providers;
- Blockchain analytics providers;
- Banks;
- Payment institutions;
- Acquirers;
- Card processors;
- Open banking providers;
- vIBAN/account providers;
- Liquidity providers;
- RPC providers;
- Cloud providers;
- Email providers;
- SMS providers;
- Support tools;
- Security tools.
Third-party providers may have their own terms, fees, limits, restrictions, processing times, privacy policies, compliance rules, and eligibility requirements.
Coinsfly is not responsible for third-party delays, outages, fees, errors, rejection, service restrictions, or account closures, except where required by law.
31. AML, CTF, Sanctions, and Travel Rule Compliance
Coinsfly maintains AML/CTF and sanctions controls.
You agree that Coinsfly may:
- Verify your identity;
- Verify your business;
- Screen sanctions lists;
- Screen PEP status;
- Monitor transactions;
- Screen wallets;
- Request Source of Funds;
- Request Source of Wealth;
- Request supporting documents;
- Delay transactions;
- Reject transactions;
- Block transactions;
- Freeze assets;
- Close accounts;
- Report suspicious transactions;
- Share required information with authorities or providers;
- Retain records.
Coinsfly may be legally prohibited from telling you about certain reports, investigations, alerts, or compliance actions.
For virtual currency transfers, Coinsfly may collect, verify, transmit, or retain originator and beneficiary information to comply with Travel Rule obligations.
32. Prohibited Users
You may not use Coinsfly if you are:
- Under 18 or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- A resident, citizen, national, located person, or entity in a restricted jurisdiction;
- A person on sanctions lists;
- Acting on behalf of a sanctioned person;
- Using false identity information;
- Using stolen documents;
- Using a third-party account without authorization;
- Using VPN, proxy, TOR, or similar tools to hide eligibility;
- Previously suspended or banned by Coinsfly;
- Unable or unwilling to complete verification;
- A PEP where Coinsfly policy prohibits service;
- Otherwise prohibited by law or Coinsfly policy.
33. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Coinsfly for:
- Money laundering;
- Terrorist financing;
- Sanctions evasion;
- Fraud;
- Scams;
- Ransomware;
- Stolen funds;
- Darknet activity;
- Illegal gambling;
- Illegal goods or services;
- Unlicensed financial services;
- Market manipulation;
- Tax evasion;
- Human trafficking;
- Exploitation;
- Intellectual property infringement;
- Counterfeit goods;
- Weapons violations;
- Drug trafficking;
- Mixers, tumblers, or anonymizing services;
- Privacy coins where prohibited by Coinsfly policy;
- Circumventing limits;
- Third-party payments;
- Unauthorized merchant activity;
- Any unlawful or abusive activity.
Coinsfly may update prohibited activity categories at any time.
34. No Investment Advice
Coinsfly does not provide advice on whether to buy, sell, hold, transfer, withdraw, or use any digital asset.
Any asset listing, quote, market data, exchange rate, article, message, or dashboard information is not a recommendation.
You are solely responsible for your decisions.
You should obtain independent financial, legal, tax, and investment advice where appropriate.
35. Risk Disclosure
By using Coinsfly, you acknowledge the following risks.

Digital assets may rise or fall rapidly and may lose all value.
35.2 No Government Guarantee
Digital assets are not guaranteed by any government.
35.3 No Deposit Insurance
Digital assets and related balances are not insured by CDIC, CIPF, or any similar government-backed scheme.
35.4 Blockchain Finality
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, attacks, bugs, outages, or high fees.
35.6 Stablecoin Risk
Stablecoins may lose their peg, become unavailable, be frozen by issuers, or face regulatory restrictions.

35.8 Liquidity Risk
Execution may be delayed, rejected, repriced, or unavailable if liquidity is insufficient.

Coinsfly may provide transaction history, receipts, or reports for convenience, but you remain responsible for verifying all tax information.
Coinsfly may disclose information to tax authorities where required by law.

All content, logos, trademarks, software, interfaces, code, designs, graphics, text, images, icons, databases, trade names, and materials on Coinsfly are owned by Coinsfly, Aurex Financial Technologies Inc., or licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for permitted purposes.
You must not:

41. Customer Complaints

- High traffic;

Coinsfly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Coinsfly may correct errors, including:

- Ledger errors;

- Quote errors;
- Fee errors;

If an error affects your account or transaction, Coinsfly may adjust records, cancel orders, reverse entries where possible, request repayment, or take other corrective action.
45. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coinsfly, Aurex Financial Technologies Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for:

Coinsfly’s total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Coinsfly for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, unless a lower or higher limit is required by applicable law.

Coinsfly does not warrant that:
- Services will be uninterrupted;

- Any asset will remain supported;
- Any provider will remain available;
- Any quote will remain available;
- Any digital asset will retain value;
- Any blockchain transaction will confirm quickly;
- Any merchant will perform its obligations;
- The platform will be free from all vulnerabilities.
You use Coinsfly at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coinsfly, Aurex Financial Technologies Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from any claim, loss, cost, damage, penalty, fine, expense, or liability arising from:
